klango 3.5.4b5 release

Hello everyone.

I am happy to be able to anounce the soon upcoming release of klango version 3.5.4b5, shipped with framework version 0.5. The last few releases have been made without any real announcement, but this ones a bit bigger. I think the most exciting new thing won't be said here, at least for me, but it should stay a surprise. Here a few of the new things.

Introducing screens.

Ever wanted to play, let's say, a spotify track, but you are right now listening to a youtube video already and didn't wanna seek forward afterwards? Well, that will now longer be a problem with klango screens. Klango screens allowe you to do exactly that, have multiple podcasts, playlists, youtube vids, spotify etc. running at once. Just open a file or a youtube video or anything i just named like you usually would, then open another one and press control+tab or use the screens menu to switch between the multiple screens.

spotify overhaul

The spotify support in klango has been greatly improved. Especially the search experience will be an entirely new one. You can now not only search for tracks but also for all the other things you can search for in the normal spotify appp, including audio books and podcasts.

Small voice message improvement

Now when you focus a voice message and press on the play button for it, yoyu no longer have to fummble arround with the control key to get your speech paused. Klango now does this automatically for you.

Bug fixes

A lot of fatal error fixes in this version, also a bug that especially occured on windows was fixed, this bug resulted in when you recorded a voice message and playd the preview of it, it played an older recording and not the one you just created. Thanks to you all for sharing your fatal errors again and your bugreports in pm, especially thanks to user Armin for this.

And as I already stated, these weren't even the most exciting news yet. How ever, these will be kepd a surprise until klango 3.5.4b5 is released. One of them you will already find out when the server migration happens.

Speaking of server migration, now that's the ugly part.

For some of the new features plus for a better fundamend for klango, we are moving servers. This thing here oreginally started as nothing more then a summer holyday project, but I have the feeling it'll last much much longer. So it's moving from it's current, pretty small vps to one of my dedicated servers. This will happen tomorrow night (so the night from saturday to sunday). If verything goes like planed, klango 3.5.4b5 will follow un sunday. One of the new cool klango features you will find out directly after the server migration, as it will show up in all your private messages.
Now what's ugly about this? Well, a server downtime of up to 2 hours won't be stoppable for this matter. It will start at sunday at 12 o'clock am and hopefully won't last long.
