No, it's not a program, but it's under the file sub menu. Do you use spotify free or spotify premium? A patch is currently on the way, or better said it will be included in the next big klango release 3.5.4b6 that will ship later.

@patrikus huge thanks for the offer. I'll soon bring the official klango transtool back and there you can just help translate. I will reach out to you in pm when it's there.
@unclefudgecake i've seen your mail. Klango can't handle spotify free accounts, so that's the issue. Of course though the reaction is not soposed to be a hard crash but a warning of what happened. So thanks for all your reports.
