another question, how does one go about creating soundthemes?

Currently the only thing I can do is to create soundthemes via the filemanager in windows. but also how would I upload them to the server? I breafly made a voiceover soundtheme for klango (which has never been done before.) But how would I upload it?

give it to me! I need more pleasant sounds than these defaults, no offense but my ears kinda hurt.
