right people! How do I restore all the freaking voice posts!

Sorry I'm panicking, but... This hole klango storage limite thing is pointless. Because after 512 mb you can't do anything, and I had to free up like almost 400 something megs, and now i'm down to like 100 MB, and some voice posts no longer work or play anymore because I freeking deleted them! Next time there should be a feature to check recently deleted files and restore them, because this is too much!!!
