Anyone have any good book recommendations?

Hi,
I would love to know what books everyone is reading, and what books are you're favorites.
I just finished a good series called Villians by V. E. Schwab, which is a dark gritty urban sci-fi superhero story with an interesting timeline.
I also read a book called F*cked Up Fairytales by Liz Gotauco, which are fairytales told in a humorous manner for adults.
I am planning to re-read the first book of the Mallice duology by Heather Walter, which is a lesbian fantasy romance retelling of Sleeping Beauty. She also as a retelling of Snow White which is called The Crimson Crown and is another duology.
Yep, fantasy is my bread and butter, and primarily lesbian but any LGBTQ+ books are great!
So, those are my examples for now. Happy reading.

Oh nice, so you like classic books? Have never read Hemingway, but have heard he's good. have read Virginia Woolf in the past and I love her writing style and topics on mental health and gender ambiguity.

I'm not sure it's your kind of fantasy, but I enjoyed redwall, it's a low fantasy about forest animals fighting one another. Unfortunately I don't think the next book in the series is as good but that's just me. Guardians of ga'hoole and wolves of the beyond are also nice although I am slow on reading them.

As far as non-fantasy, the island of doctor Moreau is a great read, in general love classic science fiction way more than the new stuff.

Yeah, I like classics and Fantasy. Redwall was very goood. there is a whole world of material there. Jacques is great at world building.
